Aaron Feldman is one of the most exciting and sought-after wedding photographers working today. It is his talent behind the camera, as well as his ease in social situations, that has led to his status photographing high-profile weddings, couture, United States Presidents, celebrities, and dignitaries. Feldman began his pursuit of photography early, studying under his grandfather, Peter Grant. A notable and talented shooter in his own right, Grant was a renowned World War II photographer who later became most known for his iconic images of celebrated public figures. Grant regaled a young Feldman with images from his travels with the Beatles on their first visit to America, and the infamous moment Sophia Loren glared at Jane Mansfield’s busty display. The stories that his grandfather’s images told inspired Feldman to apply his own creativity, as well as his emerging skill, to telling his own conceptual stories through photography.
Feldman soon recognized the benefits of learning modern technique to realize his full potential, and to execute his artistic visions. He went on to triple-major at the acclaimed Brooks Institute of Photography, and received the highest honor by closing the final show. In the years that have followed, his images have been displayed in prestigious national and regional publications. His unique talent, personable nature, and distinctive visual style makes him a true original.
Aaron Feldman is also the Founder and CEO of True Photography Weddings. He is based in San Diego, and is available to photograph worldwide. Recent photo shoot locations have included The Sands Resort Turks & Caicos, Martha’s Vineyard, Vancouver B.C., and Napa Valley. Upcoming bookings include the Grand Del Mar San Diego, The Springs Resort and Spa in Costa Rica (Featured on ABC’s “The Bachelor”), The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, Palos Verdes Country Club, and a very cool undisclosed island location somewhere in the Caribbean.
